We're seeking a qualified individual with 3rd party debt collection experience to collect on small and large balance accounts, retail and commercial, has knowledge and understanding of the FDCPA, skip tracing, fact gathering and investigating factual background information online.
Making collection calls in a professional manner. Quick to overcome objections, able to work through complicated and elaborate disputes, negotiating payment arrangements and settlements. Identifying variables inside the circumference of ability with individuals and companies in various financial situations. Calls are recorded for quality control.

Debt Collectors get paid a set amount for productivity and time worked. Full-time = 6 hours per day minimum. 6 hours a day work day requirement for 5 days = 350.00 per week for full-time productivity, OR, 20% straight commission - whichever is greater. Commissions are calculated the beginning of every month. Paid weekly. First payroll is after the 5th day of work.
This is a work from home straight commission position. Part and full-time employment opportunities available working as an independent contractor. Calls need to be made during regular business hours Monday - Friday. Phone interviews applicable.
